Motor City Ferrets 2007 Raffle - October 20, 2007

We at Motor City Ferrets were so pleased to once again have such a marvelous array of wonderful prizes in the Raffle this year, donated by many fine companies and generous individuals.  Why, the retail value of the Raffle prizes totaled well over $1,400.00!  Our third annual Raffle was once again our biggest fundraiser of the year, raising $805 for the Shelter ferrets!  Thanks to all who played (sorry we neglected to note the names of two of the prize winners) - we appreciate your support and hope you'll join us for next year's big event and Raffle!

The original oil painting features Shelter Weezil o' Legend Chewbacca!  We tried every way we could think of to snag this painting and keep it for display at the Shelter, but of course our artist worked so hard to make such wonderful donations we just have to let this fine piece go as well!  :)  Again, the painting looks a bit off due to the camera flash on the varnish (it's not actually blurry at all, either). Time for a new camera!  HA!
