2009 Ferrets, Folks & Fun Fest

A fun time was had by all at our 2009 Ferrets, Folks & Fun Fest! Saturday, October 10 was the big day for hooman beans and weezils alike at the Play & Stay Pet Care Center in Troy. 111 people and 97 ferrets enjoyed good eats, weezil romping fun, great shopping, silly contests and games and our 2009 Raffle - the Shelter's biggest fundraiser of the year! Many thanks go out from us shelter folk to all our volunteers who helped the day run so smoothly, as well as all of our guests. We sure hope you enjoyed the Fest - see you next year!

This year's Raffle was our most successful ever! 17 prizes were offered and ticket sales were blazing all day. The 2009 Raffle raised just over $1,100 for the Shelter! Thanks so much once again to everyone who played!
